Right of revocation
You can revocate your order within one month without any explanation, either in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) or – if you have been supplied with the goods prior to the deadline - also by returning the goods. The time limit begins after the receipt of this policy; however, not before the receipt of the merchandise by the addressee (in the case of recurring deliveries not before the receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before the fulfilment of our duty to supply information according to § 246 sec. 2 in combination with § 1 sec. 1 and 2 Introductory Law of the German Civil Code (EGBGB) on the Duty to Provide Information as well as our duties according to §312g sec. 1 clause 1 German Civil Code (BGB) in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The punctual dispatch of the cancellation or the goods suffices for ensuring the revocation deadline.

Revocation Consequences
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by either party are to be returned and if applicable any benefits which have accrued (e. g. interest) released. Should you be unable to fully or partially return the goods and services plus benefits (e.g. the amenity and advantage of using) received, or only return respectively release them in an impaired condition, you must render compensation for lost value. No compensation for lost value has to be paid if an article worsens despite of being used in accordance with the regulations. You must render compensation for lost value of benefits which have accrued only, as far as you have used the goods in a manner that exceed the test of the qualities and the functionality. By definition " test of the qualities and the functionality " means testing and trying the respective goods the way it is possible in a retail shop and is common usage.
Goods which can be sent by parcel post are to be sent back at our risk and costs. Goods that cannot be sent as a parcel will be collected from you. Obligations on the reimbursement of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the time limit begins with the dispatch of the cancellation or the merchandise, for us with its receipt.
